Worth, Texas, by LPDFW, LLC, a Texas Limited Liability Company.
Letterpress Graphics, Inc., one of the largest graphics finishing companies in Texas, boasts a 25 year track record for quality workmanship, experienced team, and high end deliverables servicing commercial printers, publishing companies, ad agencies and marketing firms.

LPGDFW, LLC, under the direction of acquiring partners Arman Koladia and Chunilal Boghani, brings vision, technical and management expertise to the already successful Letterpress Graphics team. The company is well capitalized and in the midst of a solid 22 year growth track while maintaining a solid clientele.
LPG was exclusively represented by Trinity Transaction Advisory, LLC, and comprised of the deal team of Gerald Kong, Senior Advisor; Monty Walker, Tax Analysis and Deal Structuring; and Brian Wendler, Business Valuation and Structuring. The transaction was funded by a blend of equity injection and 3rd party financing funded by Wells Fargo Bank. Wells Fargo was represented by Mike Shillingberg.
